Quality of Customer Service
At Blackwater Motors our business is based on striving to deliver the level of customer service you demand. We are constantly independently monitored by VW, VW Commercials, Audi, Skoda and Seat on the customer service we deliver. We consistently achieve scores in the top 20% of the respective dealer networks in Ireland. This is the highest level of classification for customer service.
We also have ISO 9001:2000 accreditation for our customer service processes in both sales and aftersales. This is independently audited annually by TUV Management Services GMBH in Munich, Germany. In our most recent independent audit, we received the highest scores in Ireland for our customer service processes.

We are continually striving to improve our customer service which we cannot do without our customers comments. We welcome all comments especially ones on weaknesses in customer service.
