My name is Jeffrey Linehan.  I own an Audi A1 and it had to go in last week for a campaign.  I just wanted to share with you what a great experience I had and thank your team for same.  Sinead greeted me with a coffee when I arrived in the morning, and had someone drop me to work on the Model Farm Road.  I was to be collected at the end of the day to collect my car again.  The only fly in the ointment was when I was collected, I wasn't on my own and becuase I was collected in a van, I couldn't bring my passenger.   When I got the car back, everything was fine.  I noticed a yellow warning light over the weekend.  When one of your team left me a voicemail on Tuesday, to ensure everything was ok - got onto Jerry in service to just let him know of the warning light.  I knew it couldn't be too serious but since it had just been in for a campaign, I just wanted to be sure.  Jerry put me straight at ease and when I explained that I wasn't in a position to bring it in over the coming days, he offered to call to my house out of hours to give it the once over.  Jerry arrived on schedule that evening, had a quick look, put some oil in and it was perfect again.  Now thats what I call a service, thanks a million.

New Owner of VW Passat 1.6 TDI

It would be remiss of me not to praise your sales staff, in particular Mr Paul Foy, who for a better word "converted" me from a loyal Volvo customer for many years, to a very proud owner of one VW Passat, which to my mind cannot be surpassed.  It took many cups of coffee and test drives but with Paul's Knowedge, personality and working skills, we suceeded.  I wish Paul the very best in the year ahead, and know he is a very valued asset to your company.

Good morning and happy new year, just a quick line to say thank you.  Over the Christmas while topping up my oil in my golf, the oil cap fell into the engine bay and I could not retrieve it.  I contacted Brian in service at Victoria Cross who asked me to come in and somebody would sort me out.  I popped in last Wednesday afternoon and was back on the road within 15 mins.  As an existing customer, I just wish to again say thanks and express my gratitude, you might again thank Brian and inform his line manager.
