Volkswagen Commercials Unveil New Amarok Pick Up

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles returns to the CV Show with an exciting line-up of its latest vans and people carriers, including the first example of the double-cab Amarok pick-up.

The hotly anticipated four-door, four-wheel drive Amarok will headline the Volkswagen stand in Hall 5, at Birmingham's NEC from 12-14 April, and will be supported by a line-up of nine other models. This display will showcase the diversity, versatility and competitiveness of Volkswagen's Commercial Vehicles panel van and passenger carrying ranges.

Examples of the recently launched Caddy and Caddy Maxi panel vans, Transporter in panel van and kombi form as well as examples of the Crafter panel van and chassis cabs will be joined by the Transporter shuttle and Caravelle people carriers.

In addition to these models, and continuing a life in the spotlight which has spanned 60 years, will be a model from Volkswagen's heritage collection in the shape of a fully restored 1954 split-screen ‘barn-door' Transporter - a model that has become a legend of great design and durability.

Completing the stellar line-up will be the premiere of a new Caddy Racer. Based on the recently launched model, the new Caddy Racer will be unveiled.

The Amarok and new Caddy Racer will be unveiled on the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles stand, Hall 5 on Tuesday 12 April at 9:30 am.
