These terms govern your use of Blackwater Motors’ online vehicle reservation service. By placing a refundable deposit through this site you agree to the conditions set out below. This is placeholder copy only — please replace with the final, lawyer-reviewed text before launch.

Acceptance of Terms

Reservation fees and refunds

The reservation fee is fully refundable until the vehicle is collected or otherwise transferred to you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within five business days of the request being received at info@blackwatermotors.ie.

Vehicle availability

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and dealer confirmation. Vehicles are sourced from a live dealer management system and may very occasionally be sold to a walk-in customer in the short window between the reservation being placed and our team marking it as held.

In the unlikely event a reservation cannot be honoured, your deposit will be returned in full and we will help you locate a comparable vehicle from across our group of dealerships.

Privacy and data

Donec dictum velit ac ipsum sodales, sed dignissim ligula ultrices. The personal information you supply during reservation is used to fulfil your purchase, contact you about the vehicle, and meet our regulatory obligations as a motor dealer.

Limitation of liability

Praesent sit amet erat sed nibh blandit fermentum. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to the above, Blackwater Motors’ liability arising out of or in connection with this reservation is limited to the value of the reservation fee paid.
