Service Advisor- Blackwater Motors Volkswagen Cork City

Blackwater Motors Cork City are recruiting an Aftersales Advisor to work across the Volkswagen & Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brands

The role is highly customer focused and requires an understanding of the importance of providing top class customer service.

Key Duties:

• Manage service inquiries
• Set up jobs on dealer system, create job cards and invoice work
• Communicate and agree work to be carried out with customers
• Explain the work carried out on vehicles, ensuring customers fully understand the invoice
• Any other tasks as per the Service & Parts Manager.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive, can -do attitude.
• Full, clean driving license.
• Experience desirable but not essential, full training will be provided.
