Parts Advisor

Blackwater Motors Cork City are recruiting a Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Team in our Cork City branch.

This is a customer facing role and the ideal candidate will be able to work in a team and on their own self initiative.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, excellent communications skills, & be computer literate.

Duties Of The Role

  • Deal with aftersales customers on the phone, in person and online, establishing their needs for required parts, communicating relevant promotions and offers when appropriate
  • Ordering and maintenance of stock including processing parts, deliveries, order and returns
  • Identify, locate and pick parts for Trade and Retail customers
  • Administer parts invoices ensuring invoiced items are accountable
  • Co-ordinate parts deliveries
  • Delivery of products to trade customers
  • Promote accessory sales

Main Purpose of Job:

We are currently recruiting for a Qualified Technician to join Audi Approved :plus Kerry, within the Service team in Tralee

The role:

The successful candidate will be required to repair and service Vehicles within the Service department. You will be required to deliver a high standard within the workshop in line with specifications set out by manufacturer and processes set out by Audi Approved :plus Kerry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosis, repairs and servicing of vehicles to the highest standards and to the appropriate manufacturer specification
  • Through the use of diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensure vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectified
  • Ensure full understanding of latest technology introduced on the vehicle range and how to diagnose and repair faults on them
  • Complete relevant service documentation through our non paperless processes on our app Tech plus.
  • High quality work ethic with attention to detail being of utmost importance.
  • Have excellent communication & IT skills, competent at identifying and clearly explaining additional work required and using our online VHC system to record video and photos.

As a member of our team you will be responsible for the condition of all new and used vehicles delivered to the dealership including cleanliness, documentation, keys etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Dealership ensuring it is kept clean and tidy.
