Blackwater Motors Skibbereen are looking for an ambitious individual to lead the team of 20 staff and deliver on the internal KPI's and also the brand KPI's for sales and aftersales.

The role:

The successful candidate will be required to

  • deliver the highest level of customer service to our customers
  • To ensure business plan in terms of financial KPI's are hit on a monthly basis
  • Manage, develop and train the team to deliver their individual goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Management of the Team of 20 individuals from sales, service and parts departments.
  • Target Achievement -work to hit all financial targets set on a monthly basis
  • Volkswagen Brand - work with the brands to ensure we meet all criteria in terms of balance scorecard and work closely with Volkswagen staff to help Blackwater hit all required KPI's from the brand.
  • Customer Service - continue to maintain and build on the customer service to our customers.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills to understand detailed management and statistical information.
  • Sales background (Motor industry experience is not essential)
  • Leadership skills to enhance efficiencies within site and team.
