Parts Advisor-Audi Cork

Audi Cork are recruiting a Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Team.

This is a customer facing role and the ideal candidate will be able to work in a team and on their own self initiative.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, excellent communications skills, & be computer literate.

Duties Of The Role

• Maintain and manage the parts inventory, including stock ordering, receiving, and storage.
• Identify, locate and pick parts for Trade, Retail and workshop jobs.
• Co-ordinate parts deliveries

Assistant Sales Manager-Blackwater Motors Fermoy

Blackwater Motors Fermoy is made up of the Volkswagen, SEAT, CUPRA and Volkswagen Commercial brands for new and used car sales.

The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee the sales processes, manage customer satisfaction, and ensure excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include supervising sales staff, meeting sales targets, managing pre-owned vehicle sales, and engaging with customers to enhance their buying experience.

This role will answer to the General Manager and the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities:

-Assist the Sales Manager

- Customer relationship management: develop and maintain relationships with customers

-Appraisals and quotations: value trade-ins and provide quotes

- Meet targets: achieve sales targets set out

- Maintain Sales forecourt to high standard

- Maintain online vehicle image content
