Terms & Conditions:

Driver must be between the age of 25 years and 70 years old, and has a full driver’s license for at least 2 years.

We can transfer your own fully comprehensive insurance onto our vehicle or you can take our insurance (CDW) for an additional cost.

If you are using your own insurance, it must be fully comprehensive. We will need the policy number and the name of the insurance company/broker so we can do the insurance transfer when you arrive for the vehicle. We need to pre-authorise a credit card with the excess on your policy. For example, if your insurance excess is €250.00, we are required to take that as a deposit in the event of an accident/damage as your insurance company will only pay us the cost of the repairs less your excess. You can do this with cash which will be returned to you once our vehicle is returned undamaged or we can do a pre-authorisation on a credit card.

If you are taking our insurance (CDW), we need a deposit of €500.00, and gives you an excess of €1500.00, additional coverage can be purchased, call and ask for more information. You are responsible for any damages that occurred to our vehicle while car is in your possession.

Payment for the rental hire can be made by either debit card or credit card and must be paid in full when collecting the vehicle. Sorry no cheques or cash. All drivers need to bring in their driver’s license on the day.

Maximum km per day is 250 km. Any additional km over 250 per day will be charged at 10 cents per km.

The vehicles are fully fuelled with Diesel/Petrol and will need to be returned fully fuelled. Please be respectful of our vehicles and return them in the same manner in which you received them. There is no smoking or animals allowed in any of our vehicles.
